In high school, I spent my summers working through a temp agency. My mom liked that I was out of the house, and I liked the extra money. I also loved being able to work a variety of different jobs and get a feel for what I liked and didn't like in the workforce. But my favorite part was talking to the agency employees in the mornings before I got my assignment for the day or week. I ended up working there for a few months before college, and it was great getting to know some of the ins and outs of a business like that. Now I'm in my first year studying business at college. I'm still far from an expert, but hopefully this blog will help us both learn!
